Gourmet Kitchen in Painted Maple and Oak

The open layout of this home connects the kitchen, daily dining and family room areas.  For a family that likes to cook, countertop prep space, good storage, and modern appliances were on top of the list.  A mix of painted and stained oak cabinets was used to warm the space and make it more inviting.  Notice the glass block windows in the backsplash area used to pull more light into the space.  This kitchen truly has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!
